|Recommended: YesBayou Shadows Review — As a first time apartment renters, Bayou Shadows has been very welcoming, understanding, and extremely helpful. Everything is straightforward, there's no worry about hidden fees etc. Plenty of space and rooms for all residents as they have multiple mail spots, laundry centers, pools, and outside activities spots. The gym isn't too bad either, the only problem is that every time I have been the floor needed to be swept. But that's minor. As for living situation, there's absolutely no complaints and even if there are, the maintenance and staff are quick to help and fix it.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Living here is pretty peaceful. It’s conveniently placed by stores and restaurants. Staff and maintenance people are very nice.

|Recommended: YesI love Bayou Shadows — I love living in Bayou Shadows because of the kind staff, the quick maintenance repairs, and the location. It is residential enough that I do not worry about traffic and close enough to everything that I can get anything I need quickly.
|Recommended: YesDillion — This is the first time I have done apartment Apartment living. I am very comfortable at Bayou Shadows and feel very safe here. Thanks to staff member, Dillian for guiding and helping me get started here. The staff here is wonderful and are always doing things to keep you comfortable. The best thing about it is you don’t have to wait when you call for something to get done So again Dillian and all staff. Thank you from the bottom on my heart
|Recommended: YesGreat location, excellent price to quality ratio — Living here has been extremely convenient. Everything I need want to do is typically less than a 10 minute drive away. The apartments are great for the price, the grounds are clean, and the staff has been nothing but courteous towards me. I would definitely recommend Bayou Shadows

|Recommended: YesI think Bayou Shadows is okay. — It is loud. You can hear everything from dogs to domestic abuse to church solicitors guilt tripping you into paying for their religious pyramid schemes. The appliances are horrible and maintenance isn't reliable.
