|Recommended: NoIt's Okay I Guess — Landscape workers are not very nice. I felt threated by the bald one with the goatee. The apartment the worst but it's not the best. People don't pick up after their pets and my housemate ended up stepping in it. The trash cans are so far from the apartment I have to put them in my car and drive it to the trash can. I like the convenience of it and it just an overall Okay

|Recommended: NoDisappointing. — The grounds are covered in dog shit, someone broke into my car within the first month, Domestic violence down stairs, cracks in the ceiling cupboard and the heater set off the fire alarm, MOST of the staff have no idea what they're doing except one woman , the apartment always reeks of weed from the neighbors, Loud people outside, parking spaces are small, still paint on the carpet... I could type for days.

|Recommended: YesGreat for the cost sensative — Spacious apartment that doesn't break the bank. Some landscaping could be better which causes quite a bit of water to pool at my patio when it rains. Some exterior security lights have been out for a while and have been reported multiple times. Plenty of room and the price fits my range perfectly. PLENTY of amenities and activities going on throughout the year.

|Recommended: NoVery clean and quiet. — I really enjoy living here. It is close to University of Louisiana, but not too close. It is in a good location to grocery stores, fast food, and gas stations. The apartments are very well maintained and staff are happy to help if there are any issues in the apartment. I can not hear anything from my neighbors. The area is very quiet once you turn off of W Congress street. There have been no thefts and the community is mostly older people and not too many you college students.

|Recommended: YesVery welcoming and homey — I love the entire layout of our apartment Any time we need assistance, maintenance is out very quickly. Have not had any neighborly problems etc., even with our two dogs that barks at everyone that passes the window. I love everything about the site so far. I feel very safe walking around the complex and love the sidewalk access Have not had anything to complain about for the four months that we've lived here.
