|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Very conveniently located to all places in Lafayette. Office staff is super friendly and works with you on payments if needed. Maintenance and Repairs are fixed same day you request. I am super satisfied here

|Recommended: YesPretty decent place to live considering the age and location to businesses. — The management is great. Very professional and prompt attention to concerns. It is a good place to live if you need to get anywhere near downtown or the oil center. fine place to live considering that the apartments are older. occasional dog poop issue. Hot water for shower is only 2 minutes possibly tank is not large enough or a slow leak . Because I don't like to waste water, that is not a huge concern for me. It might pose a problem if I had guest overnight.

|Recommended: YesLove it so far — This is my first time having my own apartment, and Braxton and his colleagues made it a very easy and smooth transition for me Being new to the area, Bayou Shadows is literally the perfect location for me, who attends SLCC and my kid, who attends the high school right up the street. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and staff.
