We just moved in and from the very start everyone from the office staff to the maintenance staff have been so friendly and accommodating. A very refreshing change from our last residence. Many thanks go out to the Bayou Shadows crew for doing so much to make us feel welcomed and appreciated.
The few neighbors we have met so far are friendly and not too loud. All in all this has been the best choice we have made in quite a long time.

|Recommended: YesBeen here just 2 days but Ive was more than pleased with the entire process. Everyone has gone out of their way to be helpful and make sure I have everything I need. The apartment itself is in great condition. Exceeded every expectation. Brand new amenities in apt. Covered, numbered parking spot, Multiple swimming pools, workout room. Honestly, for the money I couldn’t imagine getting anymore. Ladies in the office have called and emailed several times to check on everything to make sure all is good before checking in and after. Maintenance guy helped me move my couch in without asking. I truly don’t have one negative comment I can think of. So far, fantastic experience.

Their maintenance team is also responsive and completes things in a timely manner. I'm excited to see how my experience is as I continue to live here

It is very comfortable and once I get adjusted to the town and area, I know I will like it even more. I moved in here without even looking at the apartment and I was not disappointed. Madelyn and Tabatha was correct on every thing they told me. It is quiet and I really can't find anything to complain about.
