|Recommended: YesWonderful place — I really like living here. The amenities are excellent, staff is very friendly, and maintenance does an excellent job with timely repairs as well as keeping the grounds clean. The staff was also very good at handling an issue with some neighbors.

|Recommended: YesEveryone on staff here has been just awesome. They go above and beyond to satisfy and please their residents. They are currently doing a lot of major landscaping and everything is going to look so beautiful. I would recommend this complex to anyone moving to Lafayette. I am more than pleased and everyone I have met loves living here.
