With an apartment there's bound to be some noise from neighbors, but it's once in a blue moon. Parking can be tough when you have visitors or if you have more than one vehicle with only one reserved parking spot, but overall I love living here and have no complaints about any staff or management. It's a quiet and quaint place.

The Manager and her staff respond quickly to our needs and concerns. Reasonably priced, very spacious, better built than most newer communities, safe and well-managed, and centrally located, make living here my choice. I wish there was less traffic, but it's worth the trade off to have the Manager and staff we do Thank you All, for making this the best place to live in Lafayette.

My wife and I love being here. Also, every time we have a work order, they do it quickly nd they do it well.

submitted by Rose A. - |Recommended: YesVery well-maintained, friendly staff, quiet, safe, pretty, loved it — Bayou Shadows is a wonderful place to live It's centrally located, is quiet, pretty, very well-maintained and I always felt very, very safe here. I would recommend Bayou Shadows to anyone who needs a place to live in Lafayette. The only reason I'm moving is because I have four cats and could have only two here with me. Had I been able to rent a larger apartment and bring all four cats to Bayou Shadows, I would have stayed here for 10 years. I really loved living here and appreciate everything the staff does for the tenants.
