|Recommended: YesDon't wait to visit Bayou Shadows — The community is clean and well kept. The place as a whole looks and feels much different from what I remember from a decade ago. If you have any memory of Bayou Shadows, leave them at the door. 100 recommend Bayou Shadows to anyone looking for an apartment with loads of amenities. Great pools. There's a Clubhouse, pool and gym that people would gladly pay to use that is newly built. Dog parks. A great playground for the kids. There also a great brewery, Adopted Dog, that is right down the road. And BJ's pizza is walking distance from your front door

|Recommended: YesLove it here — My wife and I have been living in Bayou Shadows for the past 3 years. We absolutely love it here. It's in a convenient location in Lafayette and there's also a lot to do on the grounds itself. You can walk around the complex, go swimming, go to the gym, or take your children or dogs to the park.
