submitted by Stefano M. - |Recommended: YesI think Bayou Shadows is okay. — It is loud. You can hear everything from dogs to domestic abuse to church solicitors guilt tripping you into paying for their religious pyramid schemes. The appliances are horrible and maintenance isn't reliable.

People don't pick up after their pets and my housemate ended up stepping in it. The trash cans are so far from the apartment I have to put them in my car and drive it to the trash can. I like the convenience of it and it just an overall Okay

submitted by Joshua S. - |Recommended: NoDisappointing. — The grounds are covered in dog shit, someone broke into my car within the first month, Domestic violence down stairs, cracks in the ceiling cupboard and the heater set off the fire alarm, MOST of the staff have no idea what they're doing except one woman , the apartment always reeks of weed from the neighbors, Loud people outside, parking spaces are small, still paint on the carpet... I could type for days.

Some landscaping could be better which causes quite a bit of water to pool at my patio when it rains. Some exterior security lights have been out for a while and have been reported multiple times. Plenty of room and the price fits my range perfectly. PLENTY of amenities and activities going on throughout the year.
